Refund Policy

Closed beta notice

In-app purchases are currently disabled during the Architects of Wealth closed beta. This policy applies to eligible purchases previously processed through Paddle and to future purchases if payments are enabled.

Architects of Wealth, operated by Allen Sutterfield, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases processed through Paddle. A full refund may be requested within 30 days of the original transaction date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for eligible transactions. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
  2. Use the refund option shown for the relevant order or the support link in the receipt Paddle emailed you.
  3. You may also email support@architectsofwealth.io for help coordinating with Paddle.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the corresponding account entitlement may be removed. Paddle may retain transaction records where required for tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.
