Refund Policy

Architects of Wealth, operated by Allen Sutterfield, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all in-app purchases (including the Founders Package and Remove Ads). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all transactions. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Click Request a refund on the relevant order, or use the receipt link Paddle emailed you.
  3. Alternatively, contact Allen Sutterfield via the in-app support channel and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the corresponding entitlement is removed from your account. For the Founders Package this means the “Founder” title and Golden Yacht cosmetics are revoked from future saves; the one-time $1,000,000 in-game cash bonus already credited to your current save is not clawed back.
