Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Architects of Wealth (“the Service”) is operated by Allen Sutterfield (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Allen Sutterfield.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms.
3. The Service
Architects of Wealth is a single-player tycoon and stock-market simulation game with optional online leaderboards, tournaments, and a player-to-player in-game marketplace (the “Bazaar”). All in-game currency and items are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- using it unlawfully or to infringe anyone's intellectual property;
- engaging in fraud, spam, harassment, or impersonation on leaderboards or the Bazaar;
- attempting to probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
- circumventing rate limits or other technical restrictions; or
- uploading or transmitting malware.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Intellectual property
Allen Sutterfield retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, content, branding, and game design. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal entertainment.
7. Purchases and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
All purchases unlock one-time perks tied to your account. Virtual goods and in-game currency have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; cloud-stored save data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Allen Sutterfield against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit through the Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the Seller resides. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms contact Allen Sutterfield via the in-app support channel. For billing, refunds, or invoice questions contact Paddle at paddle.net.
