Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 2026

1. Who we are

Architects of Wealth is operated by Allen Sutterfield (“we”, “us”), acting as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, hashed password (or OAuth identifier), display name.
  • Game data: your save state, character, progress, in-game purchases and entitlements, leaderboard scores, tournament entries, Bazaar listings and offers.
  • Telemetry: basic device and browser info, IP address, and error logs.
  • Purchase metadata: we store the payment provider's transaction ID, the product purchased, amount, and currency. We do not store card numbers — those are handled by Paddle.

3. Why we use it

  • To create and maintain your account (contract performance).
  • To save and sync your game progress across devices (contract performance).
  • To rank players on leaderboards and run tournaments (legitimate interest).
  • To grant entitlements tied to verified purchases (contract performance).
  • To investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interest).
  • To respond to support requests (contract performance).

4. Who we share it with

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, tax, billing, and refunds. Paddle's own privacy notice governs the data they collect at checkout.
  • Hosting and database providers — used to host the Service and store your account and game data on our behalf.
  • Authorities — where required to comply with law or to protect the Service or its users.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons (Paddle retains purchase records independently for their own compliance obligations).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. EU/UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via the in-app support channel.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and signed payment webhooks — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

10. Contact
